What is Raw Chocolatier and Raw Pastry Chef?

A professional sweets craftsman is called a patissier, a craftsman who specializes in bread is called a blancier, and a craftsman who specializes in chocolate is called a chocolatier.

In 2019, the Roast Chocolatier Association started a roast sweets planner course to train roast sweets professionals.

In 2022, he established the Raw Chocolatier Association.

We train professionals of raw sweets, and also hold courses for raw chocolate masters.
