This is a guide for you to take the lesson with confidence about the tools and materials used in the online lesson. Please be prepared as you will need it to make it easily by yourself in the future.

We will be using Zoom, so please make sure you have a tablet or PC ready to play the video.

[Check the materials and tools before the lesson]

We start prepping together, measuring out ingredients, getting pots, bowls, toppings, etc. ready.

[Basic chocolate cake]

Please prepare your favorite molds such as round, square, tart molds, etc. You can also top with nuts or fruits (frozen is OK) as you like.

[Basic Bliss Ball]

You can add coconut or cocoa powder for coloring or topping if you like. You can make it without it.

[Basic Low Brownies]

This time we will use cashew nuts as the base, but you can also use walnuts. Please prepare plastic wrap or baking paper.

This time we will make almond milk. Please prepare a strainer to filter the milk.

[Basic Layer Cake]

Make a two-layer cake. Prepare natural colorings such as blueberries, strawberries, and other plant-based colors. You will also need a mold to pour and harden the cake.

[Easy raw chocolate without tempering]

Add toppings of your choice, such as dried fruits and nuts.

[Chocolate frosting raw brownie]

This is an application of the basic brownie. This time, we will make this application after understanding the basics. If you have any toppings such as cacao nibs, please prepare them.

[Spirulina and Matcha Raw Pudding]

This time we will use spirulina and matcha. You can also make a black sesame pudding with some variation, so feel free to use raw black sesame seeds.
